Identify the actual product
Caesarstone is a brand name, not a guarantee that every range has the same composition or care requirements. Send the colour name, original invoice or supplier details if available. A wide photo and a close-up of the pattern help with the repair assessment when documentation is missing.

Chips, cracks and joints
Repair suitability depends on the location and extent of damage. Edge chips can sometimes be rebuilt; cracks remain visible after filling. An open seam needs the joint and support reviewed. A repair assessment should explain the likely finish as well as the price.
Surface sanding changes the finish
We do not promise factory repolishing of engineered stone. Sanding may leave a different sheen. For suitable stain or burn treatments involving surface removal, full-section gloss protection film may be proposed to provide a more consistent appearance. An uncovered waterfall can still look different.

Practical next steps
Stop experimenting with abrasive pads or compounds. Photograph the mark dry, note anything already applied and send your suburb. Work on existing engineered stone is assessed against the material, proposed process and applicable safety requirements.

Questions, answered.
How much does a Caesarstone chip repair cost?
Standard chip repairs start from $450 + GST, with additional chips assessed separately. Send dry close-ups, a size reference and your suburb. The written quote confirms all included damage and any extra costs.
Can Caesarstone be polished back to its factory finish?
We do not promise to recreate an engineered-stone factory finish by sanding or polishing. Surface removal can change the sheen. Stains, burns and scratches need a material-specific assessment before treatment.
Can I see a real Caesarstone repair?
Yes. Our completed St Ives case study includes original before-and-after photographs of two chips repaired in a white Caesarstone benchtop edge.
