Dropped undermount sink? Select Dropped Undermount Sink Repair in Job Type. Show the rim gap, the sink underside, existing support and plumbing. Add dimensions and tell us about leaks or previous repairs.

Having trouble with the form? Open the form in a separate tab, or email your photos to sales@stonerepair.com.au. An enquiry does not reserve an appointment.

Planning a cutout or tap hole?

Select Cutting Stone in Job Type. Include the new fitting model, its installation drawing and the existing opening dimensions. Photograph the stone from above and the cupboard or backing below. You can also email the drawings with your photos.

Photos that help us quote accurately

  1. Photograph the full benchtop and a dry close-up of each damaged area.
  2. Add a ruler or another size reference beside the damage.
  3. Show the side of a chipped edge, the whole crack or both sides of a joint.
  4. Include your suburb, material if known, previous repairs and access details.

How we handle your enquiry information

Enquiring about a dropped undermount sink?

Choose Dropped Undermount Sink Repair in Job Type on our enquiry form. Include a whole-benchtop view, the gap around the rim and clear photographs inside the cabinet showing the sink underside, existing brackets or support and plumbing. Add your suburb, postcode, bowl size and material if known. Tell us whether the sink is still connected, leaking or completely detached, and whether waste units, drawers or shelves restrict access. You do not need to dismantle or pull on a loose sink to take photos.

The most useful photos

Send the full benchtop, a close-up of each damaged point with a ruler and a side view of any affected edge. Show the entire length of a crack. Keep the stone dry for the photos so sheen differences are not concealed.

What happens next

The team reviews the material, proposed work and access details, then clarifies the scope and price. An enquiry is not a confirmed appointment. Melbourne and Queensland attendance is arranged through scheduled service visits.

A quote you can compare

Your written quote should identify the repair areas, preparation, material, expected finish, included work and total payable. Tell us about additional chips or joints at the outset. Support work, film, plumbing and appliance connections are separate unless the agreed scope explicitly includes them.

What happens after you enquire

We review the photos, location and job details, then ask for anything needed to define the scope. Your quote explains the proposed repair, expected appearance and price. Once you accept, we arrange availability and access for your address. Before the appointment, clear the work area and tell us about any previous repair, film or coating. The team will explain curing and aftercare for the repair system used.

THE DETAIL BEHIND THE WORK

Preparation. Materials. Finish.

Repair material is shaped to the damaged edge profile.
Repair pigments being mixed beside a speckled stone sample and chipped edge
The surrounding colour and particles guide the repair mix.
