An enquiry may include your name, contact details, suburb, address, project description and photos. Please send only information relevant to the work and avoid including identity documents or unrelated private information in photographs.
How the enquiry is handled
StoneRepair uses enquiry information to respond, assess the proposed work, prepare a quote and coordinate an agreed appointment. Relevant job details may be shared with the team members or service providers handling the enquiry or work.
Website analytics and advertising
We use our Google tag to measure website use and the effectiveness of our advertising. Google may use cookies and process technical information such as your device, browser and pages visited. Our website interaction events record the action type and page path; they do not include enquiry names, contact details, job descriptions or uploaded photos. The quote form is hosted separately by Wix.
Contacting us
For questions about your information or to request access or correction, email sales@stonerepair.com.au. Our online quote form is hosted by Wix and collects the details and files you submit for the enquiry. Wix processes that information as part of hosting the form and the business enquiry workflow. Email links open your own email service; messages are only sent when you send them there.
Other websites
Links to the other Stone brands or external resources lead to their own websites. Their handling of information and any separate forms or transactions should be reviewed at the point you use them.
